What makes this service different?
What makes MadLessons different is its approach. Rather than treating anger as a personal problem that can be fixed with facts, and just talking about feelings, MadLessons takes a more comprehensive approach.
Anger affects how we feel, think and what we do—often at the same time. Anger is also a normal, often necessary reaction that helps unlock the energy we need to make change. So anger isn’t the problem. It’s what we do with anger’s energy that makes us part of the problem.
In addition to helping people understand the nature of anger, Madlessons is about helping people do something constructive with anger’s energy—thereby making them more effective in provocative situations.
